The ongoing cycle testing has seen the switch endure an impressive 139,000 cycles and continue to operate flawlessly. The specific switch under scrutiny is the 2570L334-227, tested at 13VDC and 12.2 amps. It’s essential to note that this particular model is from our 2570 family, and we anticipate similar performance from any switch within our 2570 and 431 families.
Epoxy Sealed Thermal Switch Specifications
Our epoxy sealed thermal switches have been proven to function reliably in DC voltage applications. These switches are UL rated for 100,000 cycles at 15 Amps for 120VAC, 10 Amps for 240VAC, and 0.5 Amps for 24VDC.
