Wood Stove Temperature Switches for Blower Control
Wood stoves generate high surface temperatures during normal operation. Therefore, a snap disc temperature switch activates the blower only after the stove reaches a preset temperature.
A bi-metal disc senses surface heat and closes the circuit at the calibrated set point. As a result, the blower distributes warm air efficiently into the living space. When the stove cools, the switch opens and shuts the blower off automatically.
These temperature switches mount directly to the stove surface for accurate sensing. In addition, fixed temperature calibration ensures repeatable performance in high-heat wood stove environments.

Thermostats That Control Wood Stove Heat Exchanger Pumps
Some wood stove systems connect to hydronic or water-to-air heat exchangers. In these systems, a thermostat controls the circulation pump based on temperature rise.
When the stove reaches operating temperature, the thermostat closes and activates the pump. Consequently, heated water circulates through the exchanger and transfers heat where needed. Once temperature drops below the set point, the control opens and stops pump operation.
This automatic cycling prevents pump damage and reduces unnecessary runtime. It also improves overall system efficiency by matching pump operation to available heat.

Adjustable Line Voltage Thermostats for Fireplace Temperature Control
Fireplace heating systems often require adjustable temperature control for blowers or auxiliary components. In these applications, line voltage thermostats provide user-set activation points.
The adjustable dial allows installers to define the desired temperature range. As fireplace temperature changes, the thermostat switches connected equipment accordingly. This setup improves airflow management and supports consistent room comfort.
Direct line voltage switching simplifies installation. Additionally, durable construction supports reliable operation in elevated-temperature fireplace environments.
