Senasys Heat Sequencers are quality engineered sequencing thermostats specifically for a variety applications including baseboard heaters, heat pumps, and electric furnaces. A sequencer is a type of snap disc that uses multiple sets of contacts and a solid-state positive temperature coefficient (PTC) heater to switch on a delay. This causes different segments of a system to be turned on and off at different times. One to three sequencing switches are attached to a plate to form a complete sequencing unit.
To ensure that a safe combination of heat sequencer and application is achieved, the purchaser must determine product suitability for their individual requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions
YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED.
It is a type of heater that uses resistors. The more electricity that is passed through these resistors, the more heat they generate.
No, heat sequencers do not have customizable temperature set points. This is because they do not react to the environmental temperature. They only react to the temperature of the PTC heater built into the unit. The primary function of a heat sequencer is to regulate current, not temperature.
Our standard options have time delays between 1-160 seconds. Other custom options are available, please contact us.
For small quantities, we can build anything from 0°F to 350°F. Contact us for higher temperatures.
Continuity should be tested on the “M” terminals after the heater has been turned on. If there is no continuity, the sequencer should be replaced. If there is continuity, double check the wiring diagram.
We can offer limited customization with the mounting plate, but the vast majority of applications will be able to use a standard option.
Mounting Options
Our standard heat sequencers are 1/4” quick-connect terminals with 0° and 45° terminal bends with a 90° orientation. Other terminal options, custom bends and orientations are available. Please consult factory for more information.
Additionally, we offer a variety of custom brackets. If you have a requirement that is not shown here, please consult factory.
