A large variety of our products can be purchased directly online, locate the product desired by navigating to the menu at the top of this page labelled “Products.” If you’re unable to find the correct part on our online stores, or if you’re looking to purchase a large quantity of parts and would like to know what our discount opportunities are, [Contact Us].

Does Senasys have a physical storefront that I can visit to purchase items?

Senasys is a fully eCommerce company, and most of our products can be purchased on our easy to use website, or by reaching out to our customer support team here [Contact Us].

I can’t find my part number on your website; how do I order this?

Do you offer OEM, bulk, or wholesale pricing?

Can I purchase directly on your website if I’m international?

We are able to ship to the USA and Canada via our online store, if you are outside of those regions, please email orders@senasys.com to process your order.

What is the status of my order?

You will receive an auto-generated email with a tracking number once your online order ships out. If you haven’t received that yet and would like status, please [Contact Us] for an update.

I need to make a change, or I’d like to cancel my order. Who do I contact?

What forms of payment do you accept?

If you are purchasing online we accept all major credit cards, Venmo and PayPal.

If you are purchasing direct, our standard terms are net 30. Please contact us for terms approval.

I can’t pay via PayPal. Is there another way I can pay for my online order?

Yes! Our website uses PayPal as a secure server, but you do not have to pay via a PayPal account. Once you’ve finished shopping, navigate to your cart and click pay via PayPal. A prompt will pop up asking you to sign into your PayPal account. On that prompt under the sign in box, you will find a grey button that states “Or pay via credit card.” Click this and you will be redirected to a page that you can manually enter your credit card number for payment.

I need a copy of my order invoice, where can I find that?

If you’ve placed an online order, you will receive an auto-generated email with your invoice information. If you did not receive that, or if you placed a physical PO with us, please email orders@senasys.com to request a copy of your invoice. Please provide us with the order number so we can better assist your request.

We ship globally via UPS, USPS, FedEx and LTL depending on customer and product needs.

Does Senasys offer drop shipping, and blind shipping?

Do you ship your products globally?

Yes! We ship both in the USA as well as internationally. Our website only allows shipping to the USA or Canada, so if you are outside of those regions, please email orders@senasys.com to process your order instead. For shipping rate estimates please [Contact Us] with your inquiry.

Where do I find my tracking number?
