REFUNDS & RETURNS
First, if you have a need to consider refunds and returns, you likely ordered a product from us. Which means we owe you a “Thank You!” As such we promise to do our very best to deliver a great product and customer service to you. To make right of any hiccups along the way, here are some things you may want to know…
- You may cancel your order at anytime before it ships– typically 1 business day after the order is placed.
- Your product is covered by a one year warranty. If there is an issue with the product, please e-mail us at email@example.com or call 715-831-6353. Our office hours are M-F, 8a-4p CST.
- If you want to return your product for a different one or receive a refund within 30 days of receipt, you may do so, but there is an additional 15% restocking fee +shipping.
