Thermostats – 3/4″
The 2511 series is UL approved temperature switch (thermostat). These robust thermostat switches can be used in high current applications; carrying up to 25 amps at 250VAC, for over 100,000 cycles. A 3/4″ bimetal thermodisc at the heart of our thermostat is set to a precise temperature range within 0°-350°F (-18°-176°C).
Thermostats – Sealed
The 2570 series is a unique thermostat switch designed for extended use in extreme environments. It is built using our patented metal sleeve rivet construction and sealed to protect against moisture and heat. UL approved. These sealed thermostats are highly versatile, carrying up to 15 Amps at 120VAC. The 3/4″ bi-metal thermodisc within is set to a precise temperature range between -21°-220°F (-29°-105°C).
Digital Temperature Switch
Designed by Senasys, the D Series digital switch is a cost effective, flexible switching solution that allows for tight differentials and tolerances. The digital switch can be used as a standalone board mounted to the control panel, or as a completed enclosure.
High Limit Capillary Thermostats
Original equipment manufacturers worldwide use temperature sensing products designed and manufactured by Senasys Inc. No matter which style or model you choose, all of the capillary thermostats operate using the same physics. A fluid is encapsulated in a metal and when the temperature changes the fluid either expands or contracts. This fluid change moves a diaphragm which is in touch with a snap action switch and either opens or closes a circuit.
Duct Limit Temperature Switches
These duct limit switches are installed in air ducts to shut down heating, air conditioning and ventilation equipment when air temperature in duct exceeds a pre-set limit.
